Compensation: INR 30,000 – INR 50,000 per month (Based on experience) + Generous Sales Incentives

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, and hard-working Sales Executive to drive B2B solar equipment sales across the NCR and Haryana regions. The ideal candidate will be a field-sales expert who thrives on extensive travel, meeting clients face-to-face, closing deals, and maximizing earnings through our generous sales incentive scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Regional Sales: Actively sell solar equipment to solar EPCs, focusing on both residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sectors within NCR and Haryana.
  • Field Sales & Travel: Travel extensively across the assigned region to meet with companies and secure purchase orders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Confidently engage with all types of clients, serving as a presentable and professional face of Loop Solar to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • End-to-End Sales Coordination: Manage the complete sales cycle, including drafting proforma invoices, following up on payments, and ensuring timely product dispatches.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams regarding accounting, invoicing, and stock management to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: 2 to 6 years of proven experience in sales (B2B or field sales experience preferred).
  • Personality: Presentable, confident, and equipped with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Drive: Hard-working and target-oriented; highly motivated to drive sales volumes and earn generous performance incentives.
  • Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the NCR and Haryana regions.
