Role Description

This full-time role as a Sales Executive is a hybrid position based in Surat, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include conducting market research, presenting tailored solutions to customers, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also represent the company at industry events and contribute to strategic sales planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and develop effective Sales Strategies
  • Proficiency in Negotiation and Deal Closing techniques
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid environment
  • Understanding of renewable energy, solar power systems, and clean energy solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
