Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through personalized jewelry experiences. Daily tasks include maintaining customer relationships, driving sales to meet targets, managing inventory, and performing sales-related administrative duties. The role requires excellent customer service and the ability to communicate effectively about product features, pricing, and customization options to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills to engage with clients and drive sales effectively.
• Product Knowledge and Presentation skills to provide detailed information about jewelry items and suggest suitable options to customers.
• Marketing and Communication skills to create effective promotional strategies and clearly communicate value propositions.
• Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills to address customer concerns promptly and maintain satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and managing basic inventory operations.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in the jewelry or luxury retail sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
