Job Title: Sales Executive Namkeen Division (Punjab)

Location: Punjab (All Major Cities)

Adarsh Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is one of the emerging FMCG companies specialising in premium-quality namkeen and snacks. With our growing presence across India, we are now looking to expand our network in Punjab and are inviting passionate and result-oriented sales professionals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales in the assigned territory across Punjab.
  • Appoint and manage distributors and retailers for our namkeen range.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and display in retail outlets.
  • Achieve sales and collection targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to strengthen brand presence and monitor competitors activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 210 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in Namkeen / Snacks / Food industry).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong distributor and retailer network in the local market.
  • Self-driven and willing to travel extensively.
  • Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred).
