We are expanding our distribution network in Madhya Pradesh and are looking for energetic and experienced Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage distributor and retailer networks in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure market penetration of our Namkeen range.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Conduct regular market visits for order booking, stock checks, and competitor analysis.
- Execute promotional activities and ensure product visibility at retail outlets.
- Report daily sales and market feedback to the Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 13 years in FMCG sales (preferably Namkeen, Snacks, or Food products).
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Language: Must know Hindi and local dialects of Madhya Pradesh.
- Must Have: Two-wheeler and valid driving license.
