Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Jabalpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves managing accounts, preparing sales reports, engaging in product demonstrations, and understanding customer requirements to provide tailored solutions. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • B.Pharma/ B. Sc. Optometry / B Tech. Biomedical Engineering
  • Prior Ophthalmic experience is preferable.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the medical devices industry or healthcare sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
