Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gandhinagar. The Sales Executive will prospect and qualify new leads, follow up with inbound inquiries, and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients seeking interior design and related services. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and site visits, understanding client requirements, presenting design and service offerings, and preparing proposals and quotations in coordination with the design and project teams. The role involves negotiating terms, closing deals, and ensuring smooth handover to execution teams while maintaining high standards of customer service. The Sales Executive will track sales activities in CRM tools, report on pipeline and performance, and collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns and events.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closure in interior design, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts, construction processes, and project workflows, or willingness to quickly develop this knowledge.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools for tracking leads, preparing proposals, and reporting.
- Ability to conduct on-site client visits, assess requirements, and coordinate effectively with design, project, and operations teams.
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in B2C or B2B sales in interiors, furniture, construction, or allied sectors is an advantage.
