Salary: 25,000/month + Incentives

About the Role
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who can build new business from the ground up.
This is a hunting sales role — you will be responsible for finding new customers, making cold calls, visiting prospects and converting cold leads into qualified opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Identify and approach automotive fleet operators, body builders, builders, contractors and architectural glass buyers.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits and direct outreach.
- Meet prospects and understand their requirements, budget, volume and timelines.
- Connect with procurement managers, contractors and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Track calls, meetings, leads and follow-ups.
- Share market information around pricing, competitors, demand and customer requirements.
- Work closely with the closing team to convert qualified leads.
What We're Looking For
- 2–6 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in glass, building materials, auto components, automotive products or industrial products preferred.
- Strong experience in field sales + cold calling.
- Comfortable with daily travel and meeting new customers.
- Experience dealing with builders, contractors, procurement teams, fleet operators or B2B customers is a strong advantage.
- Good Hindi and working English.
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle is required.
- Self-driven and comfortable working without an existing customer pipeline.
Not suitable for: Pure retail sales, FMCG sales, telesales or desk-only sales profiles. CLSG_Field_Sales_JD
