Key Responsilbities -
Responsibilities mentioned below are indicative and limited to it-
- Study and understand the company's products and services offered to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose relevant IT solutions
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, Backup, and other IT Products & Services.
- Assist in preparing technical presentations and solution documentation
- Engage with Sales & Marketing teams, clients to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Support pre-sales activities including demos, product trials, and technical clarifications.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct a comprehensive study of the company portfolio and gain in-depth understanding
- Support and coordinate in the tendering process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Generate leads through digital platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media channels as per company planning.
Qualification And Experience -
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, E & TC, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing or relevant field.
- Fresh BE/ B.Sc graduates with strong academic knowledge for roles in Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, and Emerging Technologies.
- This position does not require software programming but demands a solid understanding of IT fundamentals and a willingness to learn.
