Role Mission
To identify, connect, and build strong business relationships with buyers, distributors, and partners across the Middle East market, with a focus on achieving consistent revenue growth and establishing long-term sales channels in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Target Achievement
Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned Middle Eastern markets
Execute full-cycle sales process: lead generation, qualification, follow-up, negotiation, and closing
Manage key accounts and drive repeat business
Market Expansion & Business Development
Identify and onboard new importers, distributors, and business partners in the Middle East
Develop a robust and growing pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
Conduct competitor and market research to uncover new opportunities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
Provide timely communication, product clarifications, and commercial support
Ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive service and follow-ups
Coordination & Reporting
Maintain detailed records of prospects, meetings, and conversions in CRM tools
Share weekly progress updates and performance reports
Collaborate with internal operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achieving revenue and sales targets for the Middle East
Minimum 10% conversion rate of qualified leads
Expansion of distributor network & key client acquisitions
Accurate reporting and CRM discipline.
Technical & Functional Skills
Proven track record in international B2B sales (Middle East region preferred)
Strong lead-gen, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
Ability to understand regional business culture & buyer behavior
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication

Education & Experience
