Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive – Medical Devices to support business development and sales activities for medical device products in domestic and international markets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and other professional communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable medical device products and solutions.
• Conduct effective product discussions and negotiations with clients and business partners.
• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Communicate professionally with clients and partners from different regions and cultural backgrounds.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in the Pharma, Medical Device, or Healthcare industry.
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain a professional business network.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions and sales activities effectively.
• Candidates based in Faridabad or South Delhi are preferred.
