Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role in the MDF Division, located in Erode. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and approaching new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Other responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and representing the company at industry events when necessary. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of the MDF segment.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis techniques
  • Ability to prepare and handle sales reporting with attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a drive for achieving sales targets
  • Experience in B2B sales within the plywood or MDF industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
