Job Description
- Achieve sales targets for MDF products in the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow dealer/distributor network.
- Appoint new dealers and generate new business.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, carpenters, architects, and interior designers.
- Conduct regular market visits and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely payment collections.
- Maintain daily sales reports and MIS.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of sales experience (MDF / plywood / laminates / building materials preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel extensively.
Key Skills
