Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and growth-oriented Sales Professional with 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand Identity Confluence, our Identity Security, Governance and Administration platform and confidently communicate its value proposition to the prospects, identify business challenges with the customers and create sales opportunities. Continuous followup with the prospects until they are converted to real customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is strong in customer conversations, relationship building, consultative selling, and eager to learn enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Opportunity Creation

  • Understand the Identity Confluence platform, its use cases, and business benefits.
  • Communicate product capabilities clearly to prospects and customers.
  • Identify opportunities where Identity Confluence can improve efficiency, governance, and security.
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Continuous follow-up until the prospect is converted as a customer.

Sales & Pipeline Development

  • Coordinate with internal pre-sales and technical teams for demos and PoCs.
  • Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, references, and partnerships.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial discussion to closure.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up discussions with prospects.
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets for demos, PoCs and closures
  • Maintain opportunity updates in CRM.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales and lead generation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand technology platforms and explain them in simple business language.
  • Ability to convert discussions into opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable engaging with decision-makers and multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn enterprise software solutions quickly.
