Sales Executive/Manager

Procor HRMS is looking for a **Sales Executive/Manager** to join us in Delhi NCR (Mohan Estate) — someone who can sell a product that actually solves problems, not just ticks boxes.

**The role:**

→ Own the full sales cycle — prospecting to closing

→ Sell Procor HRMS to HR & business leaders who are done with clunky, outdated systems

→ Turn client pain points into deals

→ Work directly with product & marketing — your feedback shapes what we build next

**What you bring:**

3–5 years in B2B/SaaS sales (HRMS or HR-tech experience is a big plus)

You can hold a room and close a deal

Self-starter energy — we don't like micromanaging

Based in Delhi NCR or ready to move

**Why this role:**

This isn't a sit and take orders sales job. Procor HRMS is scaling, and early folks get real ownership over strategy — not just quota.
