Title: Semi-Sales Executive – Mutual Fund Investments
Location: New Delhi
Experience:
- 1-4 Years (Mutual Fund / Financial Services Preferred)
- Prior experience in mutual fund distribution, wealth management, or BFSI is an advantage.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Semi-Sales Executive to support client acquisition, relationship management, and sales operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with investors, explaining financial products, and ensuring seamless execution of investment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new clients for mutual fund investments (online & offline).
- Explain investment products such as SIPs, lump sum investments, ELSS, and hybrid funds to prospective clients.
- Manage SIPs, renewals, and investor follow-ups using CRM tools (e.g., Investwell, RedVision).
- Coordinate with AMCs for application processing, KYC updates, and nominee-related requests.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client transactions.
- Conduct basic portfolio reviews and share performance updates with clients.
- Generate new business through referrals, cold calling, and client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of client data and sales pipelines in CRM systems.
- Support investor awareness initiatives and digital marketing campaigns when required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, SIPs, and financial products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English).
- Customer-centric and relationship-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to achieve monthly acquisition and AUM growth targets.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- AMFI/NISM Mutual Fund Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
- Prior experience in mutual fund distribution, wealth management, or BFSI is an advantage.
