Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Generate new business opportunities through OEMs, consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and end users.
  • Identify and develop key accounts within industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Sales & Client Management

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable electrical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Quotation & Commercial Management

  • Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contract conditions with customers.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.

Project Sales

  • Handle project sales for LV Switchgear, MCC Panels, PCC Panels, Transformers, Power Distribution Systems, and related electrical products.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support customers during project planning and implementation stages.

Team Leadership(For Sales Manager Role)

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Engineers.
  • Monitor team performance and drive achievement of sales targets.
  • Provide guidance on sales strategies, customer engagement, and business development activities.

Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance updates.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
