Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generate new business opportunities through OEMs, consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and end users.
- Identify and develop key accounts within industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Sales & Client Management
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable electrical solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Quotation & Commercial Management
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contract conditions with customers.
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
Project Sales
- Handle project sales for LV Switchgear, MCC Panels, PCC Panels, Transformers, Power Distribution Systems, and related electrical products.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Support customers during project planning and implementation stages.
Team Leadership(For Sales Manager Role)
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Engineers.
- Monitor team performance and drive achievement of sales targets.
- Provide guidance on sales strategies, customer engagement, and business development activities.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
