Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with all leads and current business partners/clients to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused, have strong communication skills, and the ability to think critically when making plans. They should also demonstrate the ability to execute a particular strategy effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand.
• Manage and be involved in all activities to expand our Software products (CA Office Automation - www.caofficeautomation.com)in the global market, including:
• Generate and manage leads, including technical discussions, requirement understanding, documentation, training, and counseling.
• Maintain existing clients/business.
• Identify partnership opportunities and execute strategies.
• Think critically when planning to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in SAAS-based Software products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
• Focused and goal-oriented.
