Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Executive / Sales Assistant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, guiding clients through the property-buying process, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. This role demands strong communication skills, market awareness, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing activities, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Conduct presentations, site tours, and follow-up meetings.
- Maintain and update lead/prospect databases and client interaction records.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, CRM, and Operations for seamless deal closure.
- Provide post-sales support and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Represent the company at property events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum graduate degree (any stream).
- 13 years of sales experience (real estate preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
