Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Assistant

Reports To: Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Executive / Sales Assistant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, guiding clients through the property-buying process, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. This role demands strong communication skills, market awareness, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing activities, and site visits.
  2. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
  3. Conduct presentations, site tours, and follow-up meetings.
  4. Maintain and update lead/prospect databases and client interaction records.
  5. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing updates.
  7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, CRM, and Operations for seamless deal closure.
  9. Provide post-sales support and nurture long-term client relationships.
  10. Represent the company at property events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum graduate degree (any stream).
  • 13 years of sales experience (real estate preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with local real estate market trends is a plus.
