Maharaja The Royal Resort is a premium hospitality destination known for its exceptional guest experience, luxurious ambiance, and high service standards. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

Role Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue through effective client relationship management, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the resort's rooms, banquets, events, and other services. This role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to deliver consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities from corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and walk-in leads.
  • Support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct sales calls, client visits, virtual meetings, and participate in networking events to increase the resort's visibility.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate rates, and close deals in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the operations, front office, and banquet teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend strategic improvements.
