Sales Executive (Luxury Retail)

We are seeking a dynamic, well-presented, and customer-focused *Sales Executive* to join our luxury retail store at *The Chanakya Mall, New Delhi* . The ideal candidate should have prior experience in luxury retail and a strong understanding of high-end client servicing along with visual merchandising sensibility.

This role requires excellent communication skills, refined grooming standards, and the ability to deliver a personalized and memorable shopping experience to discerning customers.

_Qualifications_

- 25 years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, home dcor, or lifestyle brands.

- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets.

- Experience or strong understanding of Visual Merchandising (VM) in a luxury retail environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Well-groomed, polished, and customer-focused personality.

- Ability to work in a high-end retail environment with flexible hours.

_Key Responsibilities_

- Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience to clients.

- Understand customer requirements and provide personalized product recommendations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and repeat clientele.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Be responsible for the Visual Merchandising (VM) of the store, ensuring displays reflect brand aesthetics, luxury positioning, and seasonal themes.

- Maintain store presentation, product placements, and overall ambiance in line with brand guidelines.

- Handle billing, inventory coordination, and support smooth store operations.

- Represent the brand with professionalism, elegance, and confidence at all times.

Salary: Rs 35-45k per month
