Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive specializing in luxury furniture for a full-time, on-site position in Kolkata. The role will involve developing client relationships, understanding customer preferences, and curating personalized furniture solutions. Responsibilities include driving sales, identifying market opportunities, maintaining robust knowledge of our product offerings, and exceeding customer satisfaction standards. Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value transactions
  • Customer relationship management and client service experience
  • Understanding of luxury furniture products and market trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport
  • Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and other sales tools
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment
  • Background in design, interior décor, or retail sales is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
