Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at our Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar location. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Additional responsibilities include presenting product offerings, providing tailored interior solutions, negotiating deals, and accurately documenting sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate product features, benefits, and solutions
  • Knowledge of luxury furniture, interior design, or home décor trends
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the luxury furniture or interior design industry is an added advantage
