Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Kishanganj. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves presenting products to potential clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the individual will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet business goals and represent LuxDecor's commitment to high-quality interior décor solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build client relationships
• Knowledge or experience with interior décor products is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related
