We're Hiring: Sales Executive (Lead Generation + Closer Role)

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who doesn't just generate leads—but knows how to convert them into paying clients.

This role is perfect for someone who understands the full sales cycle—from finding prospects to closing deals, especially in international markets like the United States.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Generate high-quality leads from platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Bark, Toptal, etc.

• Write compelling proposals, bids, and outreach messages

• Handle client communication and follow-ups consistently

• Manage and nurture leads until deal closure

• Understand client needs and coordinate with the internal team

• Build long-term client relationships

• Use AI tools for smarter lead generation, outreach, and productivity

What We're Looking For

• Strong English communication (written + spoken)

• Proven experience in client acquisition + sales closing

• Hands-on experience with freelancing & lead platforms

• Ability to independently manage pipeline and hit targets

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Big Advantage If You Have

• Experience handling US clients

• Background in Taxation, Accounting, or Financial Services sales

• Deep understanding of client psychology and closing strategies
