We're Hiring: Inside Sales Executive (Lead Conversion)

Location: Indore (On-site)

Shift: Night shift (Canadian EST business hours)

Salary Range: INR 15K-25K

Done Mortgage is a growing Canadian mortgage brokerage helping clients find the right home financing. Our marketing team generates a steady flow of inbound leads, and we're looking for a sharp, confident communicator to turn those leads into booked appointments with our mortgage specialists.

This is a lead conversion role, not a closing role. Your job is to make the first connection, qualify interest, and get the client booked. Our licensed team handles the rest.

What you'll do

• Call and follow up promptly with inbound leads from our marketing campaigns
• Understand the client's basic needs (purchase, refinance, renewal) and qualify the lead
• Book consultations with our mortgage broker and confirm appointments
• Follow up on missed calls and no-shows by phone, email, and text
• Keep lead notes and statuses updated in our CRM
• Meet daily and weekly call and booking targets

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or lead conversion
• Willing to work night shifts on-site in Indore
• Background in financial services, loans, mortgages, or insurance preferred
• Clear, confident spoken and written English for speaking with Canadian clients
• Comfortable with computers, CRM tools, email, and Google Workspace or MS Office
• Target-driven, organized, and persistent with follow-ups
• Professional phone manner and a positive attitude
