Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales of laboratory instruments, consumables, and scientific solutions across North India.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships with laboratories, research institutions, hospitals, and other scientific organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships
- Promote laboratory instruments, consumables, and scientific solutions
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Negotiate proposals and support the sales closure process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in laboratory, medical, diagnostic, healthcare, or scientific instruments industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills
- Willingness to travel and meet customers across North India
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
