Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Gurgaon. The Sales Executive will focus on building and nurturing client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include pitching and promoting real estate properties, conducting market research, negotiating deals, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline. The role calls for proactive collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members while staying updated on market trends and company offerings.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to connect with and build rapport with clients
  • Market research skills and an understanding of the real estate industry's trends and dynamics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in organization and pipeline management
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector or sales is a plus
