Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the electrical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving sales for Energy Meters, Transformers, LT & HT Panels, and other electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the customer base for electrical products, including Energy Meters, Transformers, LT & HT Panels, and other related goods.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and field visits.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site assessments to understand customer needs.
- Educate clients on product benefits and applications to provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to company growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with technical and installation teams for seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven sales experience (1-3 Years) in the electrical industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Passion for electrical solutions and energy efficiency.
