Sales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Rajkot. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and understanding customer needs, promoting and selling JRFPL's products, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the sales pipeline. Key duties include developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to understand product offerings and provide tailored solutions to clients is also integral to the role.

• Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, customer engagement, and closing deals
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex solutions effectively
• Knowledge of Manufacturing, Engineering, or Industrial equipment processes is advantageous
• Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and managing a sales pipeline
• Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; technical background or familiarity with roll-forming machinery is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Rajkot and travel to meet clients when required
