Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to manage the complete sales cycle through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels. Key Responsibilities Generate and follow up on new sales opportunities through inbound leads, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital channels . Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services based on their business needs.

Explain product/service features, pricing, terms, and benefits clearly to prospective clients. Conduct online meetings, virtual presentations, and product/service demonstrations when required. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and move leads through the sales pipeline.

Handle customer queries, objections, and commercial negotiations professionally. Prepare and share quotations/proposals and coordinate with internal teams for timely closure. Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets .

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, quotations, bookings, and payments in the company's CRM or tracking system. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Coordinate with the Operations and Accounts Teams to ensure smooth onboarding and payment completion.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the reporting manager. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

Confident telephone and virtual communication skills. Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up discipline. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and other digital sales platforms. Prior experience in inside sales, B2B sales, tele-sales, real estate, coworking, virtual office, or business services will be an advantage.
