We're Hiring | Sales / Telesales Executive – Staffing & Recruitment(5 Days a week)

MM Management is a global recruitment and consulting firm operating across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, USA, and Africa. We specialize in hiring for Accounting, Engineering, IT, and niche roles, supporting clients with a zero-risk recruitment model.

We are looking for a Sales / Telesales Executive who has strong outbound calling and lead conversion experience and is excited to grow in the staffing/recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound dialing & cold calling to generate client leads

Lead conversion & follow-ups with prospects

Pitching recruitment services to HR / Hiring Managers

Booking meetings & converting prospects into active clients

Achieving sales targets through telephonic support (field visits if required)

Updating leads & pipeline in CRM (preferred)

Required Experience

1–5 years experience in outbound telesales/cold calling

Strong experience in lead conversion and closing

Candidates from insurance sales, call centers, IT/service sales are encouraged to apply

Skills Required

Excellent communication & persuasion

Strong objection handling & negotiation

Target-driven and self-motivated

Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls

Preferred

Experience in staffing/recruitment or service industry sales

Location: India (Remote/Office/Hybrid – as applicable)

Type: Full-time

Salary: Fixed + Incentives (best in industry)
