Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, managing the sales pipeline, and developing sales strategies. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for attending client meetings, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Sales Management and Business Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in BPO or KPO industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
