Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Executive with strong experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, possess a good network of channel partners, and have good communication skills.

The role involves active fieldwork to generate leads, build strong relationships with customers and channel partners, conduct property site visits, and close property deals. This is a full-time on-field position requiring good market knowledge and self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and business opportunities in the real estate sector.

Maintain and expand a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.

Conduct property site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.

Close property sales in coordination with the legal and finance teams.

Achieve assigned sales targets and deadlines.

Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Coordinate with CRM, marketing, legal, and documentation teams.

Update and maintain accurate records of leads and sales in CRM.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong network of channel partners in the real estate industry.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-based role.
  • Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate, Business, or Sales-related fields preferred).
  • Willingness to travel as per job requirements.
