Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions (hardware, software, services, cloud, data center, cybersecurity, etc.)
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solution accuracy
Track sales activities and maintain CRM records
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Stay updated on IT products, market trends, and competitor activities
Provide post-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or technology solutions sales
Strong understanding of IT products and services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
