Title: Sales Executive – IT Infrastructure & Software Development Projects

Location: Delhi

Travel Requirement: Once a week visit to Gurgaon HQ

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Work Mode: Work From Office (3rd & 4th Sat Off)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a strong background in Government / PSU sales for IT Infrastructure and Software Development projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tender management, GeM portal operations, enterprise sales, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development for IT Infrastructure and Software Development projects.
  • Identify and acquire Government, PSU, and enterprise business opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end tendering activities including bid management, proposal preparation, submission, and coordination.
  • Work extensively on GeM and other Government procurement portals.
  • Develop strong relationships with Government departments, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for solution presentations and project discussions.
  • Generate revenue through new client acquisition and account management.
  • Meet business targets and contribute to organizational growth.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Software Project sales.
  • Strong exposure to Government / PSU sales ecosystem.
  • Experience in handling tenders and procurement portals such as GeM.
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure solutions and Software Development services.
  • Proven experience in hardcore sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication, client handling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage business opportunities effectively.

Educational Qualification

  • Technical Degree required
  • MBA preferred
