Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a strong background in Government / PSU sales for IT Infrastructure and Software Development projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tender management, GeM portal operations, enterprise sales, and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for IT Infrastructure and Software Development projects.
- Identify and acquire Government, PSU, and enterprise business opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end tendering activities including bid management, proposal preparation, submission, and coordination.
- Work extensively on GeM and other Government procurement portals.
- Develop strong relationships with Government departments, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for solution presentations and project discussions.
- Generate revenue through new client acquisition and account management.
- Meet business targets and contribute to organizational growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Software Project sales.
- Strong exposure to Government / PSU sales ecosystem.
- Experience in handling tenders and procurement portals such as GeM.
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure solutions and Software Development services.
- Proven experience in hardcore sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, client handling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage business opportunities effectively.
Educational Qualification
- Technical Degree required
- MBA preferred
