Job Description

Job Title: sales executive (IT hardware)

Location: Chandigarh :Experience Required: 45 Years (must be from relevant industry IT / hardware

/ security / multifunction devices / office automation etc.)

Key Responsibilities

Lead inside sales operations and drive business growth

Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales closures

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/solutions

Manage sales pipeline through CRM, follow-ups, and documentation

Coordinate with the technical and procurement teams for smooth execution

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with strategic planning

Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing negotiation

Identify new business opportunities through market research

Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management

Required Skills & Experience

45 years of proven inside sales experience

Must have relevant industry background preferably in IT infrastructure / office

automation / IT solutions

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Ability to handle B2B corporate clients

Target-oriented with presentation & convincing ability

Knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools

Self-driven and able to lead the sales cycle end-to-end
