Job Title: Sales Executive – IT Hardware & Industrial Solutions

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth in the IT Hardware and Industrial Hardware segment. The role focuses on customer acquisition, solution-based selling, and revenue generation across computing, networking, and industrial product lines.
You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer requirements across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT hardware, networking, and industrial product segments
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and product solutions
- Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring profitability
Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT & industrial hardware solutions
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Product & Solution Selling- Promote a range of products including:
- IT Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Networking Products)
- Industrial Hardware (Control Panels, Sensors, Drives, Automation Components)
- Provide basic technical guidance and coordinate with internal technical teams for advanced support
- Stay updated on product trends, pricing, and competition
Account Management & Growth- Manage key accounts and track business performance
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline, and reporting
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering preferred but not mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in IT Hardware / Industrial Product Sales (Freshers with strong learning attitude can apply)
- Basic understanding of IT products, networking, or industrial hardware is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
Preferred Skills- Experience in B2B sales or field sales
- Knowledge of solution selling / consultative sales approach
- Familiarity with industrial automation or IT infrastructure products
- Self-driven with target-oriented mindset
