We are looking for a motivated and proactive fresher to join our team as a Sales Executive IT. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and promoting IT products and services. The role involves understanding client requirements, delivering effective sales pitches, and building strong, long-term relationships.

Additionally, the candidate will manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution, and contribute towards achieving sales targets. A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Proficiency in IT Sales with the ability to effectively promote IT products and services.
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation with a structured approach to identifying and nurturing potential clients.
  • Experience or familiarity with Account Management and building long-term client relationships.
  • Basic understanding of Information Technology concepts, software solutions, and services.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear articulation of solutions, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in the IT sales environment.
  • MBA in Marketing (mandatory/preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of SaaS products or prior internship/experience in IT sales will be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
