Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-focused environment, enjoys building client relationships, and can successfully lead prospects from initial contact to closing.


Tasks

  • Identify and prospect potential clients across relevant sectors.

  • Present and promote Vestcodes solutions to prospective customers.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Provide regular updates on pipeline, progress, and client interactions.

  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to understand offerings and translate features into client value.


Requirements

  • Must be in the final year of their graduation (minimum).

  • A sales certification from credible third-party platforms (e.g., Coursera, Udemy, HubSpot Academy, etc.).

  • Extracurricular certificates demonstrating leadership, teamwork, or communication skills.

  • Comfortable working with GitHub and able to create user stories.

  • Basic understanding of the Software and IT industry.

  • Proven experience in sales or business development is an added advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a commission-only structure.
