Sales Executive – Intermediate Associate
Purpose
Drive sales across furniture projects, loose orders, and retail segments while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with WITHIN's luxury design philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through walk-ins, referrals, architects, designers, and existing client networks.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
- Manage leads, enquiries, quotations, and proposals to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and brand-building activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in luxury furniture, interiors, home décor, real estate, or premium retail sales.
- Experience handling HNI clients and working with architects/designers preferred.
