Job Description

Industry: Interior Design and Space Planning. Location: India. Workplace: On-site at TUD Spaces Pvt Ltd. Join a dynamic company specializing in innovative interior solutions, dedicated to transforming spaces and exceeding client expectations.

Location: Motera Ahmedabad

Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their interior design needs and requirements.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Present design concepts and project proposals to clients, highlighting the value and feasibility.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and pricing to close deals effectively.
  • Follow up with clients post-sales to ensure satisfaction and facilitate repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the design and project execution teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • Proven experience in interior sales or related sales roles
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales generation
  • Preferred
  • Experience with design presentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
  • Knowledge of interior design trends and market dynamics
  • Existing network within the real estate or construction industry
