Drive sales for luxury interior design projects with an established 12-year-old brand!
Key Responsibilities
- Cold call databases (50-100 calls/day) - new flat/villa owners
- Set up client meetings at our Experience Center (HSR Layout)
- Accompany Senior Architects/Designers to construction sites
- Follow up with leads and convert to sales
- Prepare quotations using our easy in-house software
- Negotiate and close deals (Target: 2-3 projects/month)
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
Location: Based in Bangalore, can travel to HSR Layout Sector 6 daily
Compensation: Fixed: 20,000/month + Incentives: 15,000 per project closure Target: 2-3 closures/month
Example Earnings
2 closures = 20k + 30k = 50,000/month
3 closures = 20k + 45k = 65,000/month
4 closures = 20k + 60k = 80,000/month
