Experience: 1–5 Years

Industry: Interior Design / Home Interiors

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Decorpot's products and services by creating value and building credibility with clients

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions

• Demonstrate and present products/services to prospective clients

• Follow up with sales leads in a timely and effective manner

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams

• Prepare business proposals and contracts

• Handle client queries and complaints and ensure prompt resolution

• Track and provide accurate sales information to management

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute towards revenue generation

• Research market trends and customer preferences to keep our offerings relevant

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably B2C / Interior / Real Estate / Home Décor

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach

• Ability to handle challenges with resilience

• Professional and approachable personality

• Strong understanding of customer needs and buying behaviour

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
