Role Overview

This is a sales-first role where your primary focus is to engage leads, build trust, and drive conversions. Alongside strong sales skills, you must have a solid understanding of nutrition and wellness to confidently explain our programs and guide potential clients.

We're not looking for scripted callers—we're looking for someone who can hold real conversations, build genuine rapport, and sell with authenticity.

Key Responsibilities: 

Sales & Lead Conversion (Primary Focus):

* Connect with leads via calls (cold & warm) and drive conversions

* Build genuine rapport with prospects—no scripts, no robotic pitches, just value-driven conversations

* Understand client needs and recommend suitable wellness programs

* Confidently present and pitch clinical nutrition programs

* Handle objections effectively and close deals with a human touch

* Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture leads through the funnel

* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Client Interaction & Program Understanding:

* Clearly explain program structure, benefits, and expected outcomes

* Use your nutrition knowledge to answer client queries with confidence

* Act as a bridge between clients and the internal nutrition team when required

* Ensure a smooth and positive client onboarding experience

Business Growth & Coordination:

* Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions (CRM)

* Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaigns

* Identify patterns, feedback, and opportunities to improve conversion rates

* Stay updated with trends in wellness and nutrition to enhance sales conversations

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or lead conversion roles

* Strong understanding of nutrition and wellness (Preferable)

* Background in Nutrition/Dietetics or related field preferred (Preferable)

* Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

* Energetic, confident, and highly people-oriented personality

* Comfortable with cold calling, high-volume outreach, and targets

* Strong objection-handling and closing skills

* Ability to stay composed under pressure and persistent with follow-ups

* A mindset that balances empathy with performance
