Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sales plans and accurate forecasts for assigned accounts
- Build and expand the assigned sales territory
- Identify and generate new sales and service opportunities
- Preparequotations, proforma invoices, order invoicing, and manage the complete order process
- Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing customers
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product developments
- Understand customer requirements and proactively provide suitable solutions
- Establish strong relationships with decision-makers within client organizations
- Resolve customer issues effectively with a proactive approach
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Provide regular cost-saving reports and align with customer expectations
- Maintain strong process discipline and documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 12 years ofoutside sales experiencein industrial supplies (preferably hose products)
- Mandatory experience inB2B sales / industrial sector
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Proficiency inMS Office, Advanced Excel, and Google Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in preparing proposals and offering solutions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree inBusiness / Industrial Distribution / Engineering (B.Tech Mechanical preferred)or any graduate
