Role Overview
The Industrial Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within the industrial sector. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering offerings in welding business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned industrial markets
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 37 years of B2B industrial sales experience
- Strong understanding of industrial products, equipment, or services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Local travel for the client meetings
