Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kollam for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting and explaining a range of Kia vehicles, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, guiding potential clients through the buying process, and providing exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves supporting marketing and promotional initiatives to drive dealership success.
Qualifications
- Sales and interpersonal skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and build relationships
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, for clear and effective interactions with clients
- Customer service skills, with a focus on ensuring excellent client experiences
- Organizational and time-management skills for managing sales processes and meeting deadlines
- Basic computer skills to handle sales monitoring tools and CRM software
- Experience in the automotive sector or previous sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the Kia brand and product lineup is an advantage
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license is required
