We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive to handle inbound inquiries for our B2B women's wear brand, Ruei. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in sales and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries from retailers and clients

• Understand customer requirements and guide them through our product offerings

• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders

• Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth communication

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and updates

• Maintain basic data and records on Excel

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Working knowledge of MS Excel

• Confident and customer friendly approach

• Basic understanding of sales and willingness to learn

• Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently

• Freshers are welcome
