A Diamond Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by providing expert guidance on high-value gemstones and jewelry, maintaining premium showroom standards, and building long-term luxury client relationships. [1]
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers with a professional approach, identifying their needs for specific occasions like engagements or weddings.
Product Expertise: Educate clients on diamond quality using the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat), certification (like GIA), and the unique value of loose stones or jewelry pieces.
Sales Performance: Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets through active upselling, cross-selling, and closing high-value transactions.
Inventory & Display: Maintain attractive showroom displays, count daily opening/closing stock, and ensure the safety and cleanliness of all displayed jewelry.
